HR & Admin Officer
We’re searching for HR & Admin Officer to provide administrative support to our HR & Admin Manager Ramzan Sugar Mills Limited. You will be responsible for professionally interacting with EOBI & Social Security Departments, comfortably communicating with vendors and visitors, and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details. In this role, it will be crucial for you to anticipate the needs of the executive team and work flexibly to accommodate schedules.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Managers. There should be well organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executives with any necessary meeting preparations.
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
- Support in HR & administrative matters
- Perform activities as assigned by HR & Admin Manager
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e., MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
